• Born-again and Spirit-filled  
• Attend all classes during the 8-week program  
• Be a partner of Dave Williams Ministries / Strategic Global Mission  
• Be in harmony with Dave Williams’ doctrines, vision, and philosophy  
• Be a regular church attender in good standing  
• Live a godly lifestyle with family in order  
• Refrain from sins of the tongue  
• Attend an annual continuing education event for certificate renewal  
• Teach one or two sessions  
• Receive approval and certification by the DWM/SGM Board of Delegates  
• Join the teaching team  

DWM/SGM Certified Teachers receive:

All DWM/SGM Certified Teachers are asked to lovingly support DWM/SGM with at least 10% of event revenue.

At the American Center for Pacesetting Leadership, our complete Master Speakers & Teachers Course costs less than the tuition for a single credit hour at many universities.

How can we offer such an affordable program?

Because we are different. We are a Bible-based educational center dedicated to developing pacesetting leaders for ministry and the marketplace. Our mission is to equip effective communicators who can influence lives with biblical truth and practical wisdom.

Our program is intentionally designed to remain affordable for as many people as possible.

1. We are a ministry. Our courses are ministry-based and are not government-accredited. Rather than awarding academic master’s degrees, we award Master-Level Certificates in Teaching and Speaking to students who complete the program. Then you will be considered for registration in the Dave Williams Speaker’s Bureau.

2. Scholarships help make education accessible. Generous ministry partners contribute scholarship funds to assist students who might otherwise be unable to participate.

3. We operate through generosity. Each class includes an opportunity for a voluntary freewill offering. These gifts help offset ministry expenses and “pay it forward,” making future scholarships possible for other students.

4. Students invest in their own growth. Each participant contributes a tuition donation of $790 when registering for the course.

5. We focus on what matters most. Unlike many academic programs that require numerous electives and general coursework, we concentrate on the essential principles of effective teaching and speaking. We draw from proven biblical wisdom, leadership experience, and practical communication principles to deliver the “best of the best.”

As Scripture reminds us, we desire to provide solid spiritual food (Hebrews 5:12–14; 1 Corinthians 10:3)—practical, life-changing instruction without unnecessary distractions.
