We are making some dramatic advances in 2026.

2026 marks my 50th anniversary in Ministry. I am very grateful for all the support from our partners, from Pastor Kevin, and other people who have encouraged me.

Things are becoming bigger than I imagined. Who would have thought I’d be a regular guest on CBN Prayerlink Program?  And Mark Taylor’s KNEO?  And have the Pacesetting Leadership Course in Russia, India, Indonesia, and Caribbean countries. On Teen Challenge campuses, and 300 + Chi Alpha groups.

We had a faithful missionary who was teaching Pacesetting Leadership in India a couple of times a year, with great and growing success.  We all felt really bad when a tragedy took his life. I was praying that God would give us another missionary or somebody in India who could begin what we would call the Indian Center for Pacesetting Leadership.  By a “coincidence,” a young Indian couple – a pastor and his wife visiting the United States came to an event at the Center for Pacesetting Leadership (the 428 building).  I talked to them about the opportunity and told them I would provide everything.

I realized that not only were Teen Challenge groups and campus groups benefiting from the Art of Pacesetting Leadership Course, but also pastors in Russia, India, Pakistan, parts of Africa, Central and South America.

So, I began to dream of the Indian Center for Pacesetting Leadership, the Guatemalan Center for Pacesetting Leadership, the Indonesian Center for Pacesetting Leadership, The Russian Center for Pacesetting Leadership, The South African Center for Pacesetting Leadership. Etc.

I remember dreaming things as a pastor.  I dreamed of a 3000 seat worship center.  It happened in September of 1987.  I dreamed of a Global Prayer Center.  It happened.  I dreamed of a television center and behold, we had 19 years on TV, (CBS and ABC affiliates, then World Satellite on TCT global, and Golden EAGLE broadcasting).  I dreamed of a healing center where people would actually get healed.  It happened! I dreamed of a Valley of Blessing.  It happened, thanks to God, partners and Master designer, Matt Reeder.  I dreamed of $3,000,000 a year for world missions and we did exceeding abundantly beyond, with our last missions year of $3,500,000 for global evangelism.

There is no better evangelism than (1) training leaders properly, and (2) church planting.  When we issued a scholarship to a young ministry student in South Africa, he went out evangelizing like crazy, until over 500 people came to Jesus, thus they needed to build a new church.  It cost us only $1.20 for each person who became a disciple of Christ because of the scholarship we provided for that student.

Michael Chowning, a former missionary to Siberia knows what this course and book can do in people’s lives.  He started with 12 Christians and grew to several hundred using the Russian Pacesetting Leadership course.  That can be replicated over and over again. There is something supernatural about this course.

My Dear Partner. If you have a nudge from God, you can help me?

MY DREAM FOR THE AMERICAN CENTER FOR PACESETTING LEADERSHIP

1. I want to train and certify teachers who can communicate God’s Truths clearly, inspirationally, and motivationally.  I want them to make learning a joy. Have you ever thought about becoming a teacher?
2. I want to provide “private” teaching to young pastors on things we don’t publicly talk about.  For example: unsigned notes, trouble makers, jezebel spirits and so much more. Do you know a pastor who needs some guidance?
3. I want to see our training center filled with listeners and learners with apostolic callings.  Time is now very short. People come for our classes, and some have never been born-again … until we give them the truth.
4. Regular seminars on the things that people are dealing with, such as deliverance, defeating the demonic realm, and dismantling strongholds. These are the most popular topics for both believers and unbelievers alike.  The unbelievers become believers.
5. 2026 – I want to train 24 certified teachers who want to possess both a personal presence as well as the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Are you one of my 24 to be certified? Call the office at 517-731-000 or email info@DaveWilliams.com if you think God is calling you.
6. Free leadership teaching on a daily podcast for Pacesetters. If you have some technical skills, you can assist me.
7. Free Leadership courses for pastors and church leaders, Teen Challenge, and all Campus college ministries.
8. Free materials to our partners wishing to establish a neighborhood Bible Study as funds are available.
9. Our 2026 Budget to do all this is $1.2 million.
10. I’d like to have volunteer days at the office so we don’t have to hire a custodial team. Carpet stains, windows, miscellaneous matters.  We could all have lunch together.  I welcome all who ever called me “Pastor.”  I loved the service when Pastor Kev preached about Life Groups.  To me it was the best Sunday of the year, seeing all the life group leaders in the foyer.  I got to meet people I hadn’t seen in years, and people I had never met.  What a joy. I miss our envelope stuffing and especially our lunches together.

Training Pacesetting Leaders is the No. 1 key to Evangelism, and Church Planting is the Number Two key!  As I said, there is something supernatural about that course.

John 9:4
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

You and I, too, must work while we have the time and energy. You need the courage to say, “Yes, Lord. If You show me how—I’ll do it.”
